Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and keep it with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang it. No bleach, and don't iron directly over the print.

Inside out matters more than it sounds: it shields the print from the friction that wears designs down.

Possibly, on the first few washes. These are pigment-dyed, and loose pigment can sit on the surface of the fabric even after the first wash. Comfort Colors is direct about this: wash with like colors only, because the pigment can stain lighter or white garments in the same load.

Cold water reduces the risk. After a few washes it settles down.

Barely. The garment is dyed and tumbled after it's sewn, which pre-shrinks it. Expect slight shrinkage on the first wash, then a stable fit from there.

Shade variation is inherent to garment dyeing. Two shirts of the same color can differ slightly, and neither one is wrong. It's the reason these look lived-in instead of factory-flat, and it isn't a defect.

Nothing sits in a warehouse - your shirt gets printed once you order it. That takes 2-5 business days before it goes out the door. The day you order doesn't count toward that; the clock starts the next business day.

Add printing time to transit time. After it ships: 1-8 business days within the US, 1-20 business days internationally.

So a realistic US window is about a week to a week and a half door to door. International is wider because customs is unpredictable.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If you're past the window and tracking hasn't moved in a few days, get in touch.

$4.95 in the US, for everywhere else - depends on the country! Free US shipping once your order reaches $50. The free rate is US only - international orders pay the flat rate whatever the order total.

If you're outside the US, possibly. Import VAT, duty, and a carrier handling fee can be charged when the parcel arrives in your country. Those aren't collected at checkout and aren't included in what you paid us.

Not currently. There's one shipping speed at checkout. Printing time is the bigger part of the wait anyway, and that doesn't change with faster postage.

That's on us. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll replace it free. You don't need to ship the bad one back.

We can't do free swaps or refunds for those. Every shirt is printed for one specific order, so there's no stock to return it to - it just becomes waste.

Which is why the size guide is worth two minutes before you order. If you're stuck between sizes, ask us and you'll get a straight answer.

Check your tracking first - standard shipping sometimes goes quiet for a couple of days without the parcel actually being lost.

If it's well past the estimate, or tracking says delivered and it isn't, message us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Only before it goes into production, which is a short window. Message us immediately with your order number. Once it's printed, it can't be unprinted.
