Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of goblinsupplyco.com and anything you buy from us. Placing an order means you agree to them. If you don't, don't order.

Who you're dealing with

Goblin Supply Co. is a print-on-demand clothing store operating from the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Questions go through our contact page.

Who can order

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Our designs contain crude humor and strong language and are intended for adults.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or stock we can't produce. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change without notice. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we're not obligated to honor it.

Payment

All prices are in US dollars unless your region shows otherwise. Payment is handled at checkout by our payment processor; card details are never seen or stored by us.

Sales tax is applied where required. For orders outside the United States, import VAT, customs duty, and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. Those are separate from what you pay us, they're your responsibility, and we can't predict or refund them.

Made to order

Nothing is held in stock. Every item is printed for your specific order through our fulfillment partner, then shipped from whichever facility is closest to you.

Production takes roughly 2-5 business days before anything ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for carrier or customs delays. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

Returns and replacements

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it free and you won't need to send the original back.

Because every item is made for one order, we can't accept returns or issue refunds for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size guide before ordering, and ask us if you're between sizes.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production starts, which is a short window. Message us immediately if you need to.

How the products look

Our shirts are garment-dyed, and shade varies slightly between pieces by nature of that process. Screens also render color differently. Minor variation between what you see online and what arrives is normal and isn't a defect.

Our designs

The artwork, designs, wordmarks, and site content are ours or used with permission. You're buying a shirt, not the design on it. Don't reproduce, resell, or use our artwork commercially without written permission.

Using this site

Don't attempt to breach, disrupt, scrape, or overload the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Your information

We collect only what we need to take payment, produce your order, ship it, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Third parties

We rely on outside services for payments, hosting, and fulfillment, each with their own terms. We're not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our own obligations to you here.

Disclaimer and limits

The site and products are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those that can't be excluded under applicable law, including any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
